TTL’s “Just Because” Giveaway

What’s new with you darlings? I feel like it’s been a minute since I chatted with you on the blog. Life has been moving quickly this year and I wanted to hop in and say how much I love my TTL family with a little “just because” giveaway. Before we get into the giveaway details, let’s catch up!

Many of you already know I have been traveling A LOT! I traveled 14 out of 30 days last month! I had the pleasure of joining my Shiseido family for the most memorable trip to Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan. While it started out rough – my flight was canceled last minute and I had to catch a different flight with a different airline which resulted in my checked luggage never making it to Japan. You’d be proud of me though, darlings; I took it all in stride and made the most of my trip without my luggage. I realized in the moment that I’d rather be in Japan enjoying this beautiful trip without luggage and re-wearing the same outfits, than not being there at all. And that’s what I did! I allowed myself to be immersed in the traditions and heritage of Japan in a way that was so ultra special. The trip turned out to be the highlight of my year!

Next I headed to Jackson Hole, Wyoming with my Alpyn Beauty family. I got to meet Alpyn’s founder, Kendra Butler and visit her beautiful ranch where they harvest the Ghostberries for their products. I am so inspired by Kendra and the beautiful company she has built. I appreciated the opportunity to slow down and take in the beautiful nature around me. I got to enjoy special moments with an intimate group while enjoying the picturesque surroundings of Wyoming. The beauty of Jackson Hole is unreal — it literally felt like I was on the Yellowstone movie set. You would have loved it, babes.

Faster than I could unpack my suitcase, I headed to Dallas to spend quality time with Carol and her family. The girls and I needed some family time and we always have so much fun with The Francis Family. We don’t even have to do much of anything – it just feels great to be together. We’ve been back home in LA for just over a week now and I’ve been mentally unpacking all that’s happened this last month. It made me want to pop in here and thank you for all of your support. I know I’ve said this before, but it’s because of you that I get to do a job I love, meeting the people behind these incredible brands and learning what makes each of them so special.  Sending you a heartfelt THANK YOU!! Prize Description:

We’ve filled up three (3) mystery gift boxes (USPS medium flat rate boxes) with a variety of skincare, makeup and haircare goodies. Each box will have a minimum of 10 random products.

Official Rules for TTL’s Thanksgiving Giveaway:

1. No purchase necessary to enter to win.
2. To enter, head on over to The Tennille Life’s Instagram page @thetennillelife_ and follow the instructions on today’s giveaway post on 10/03/2024. The deadline to enter is 10/06/2024 at 10 pm PST. The winners will be announced by Monday, 10/07/2024 via IG Stories and DM.
3. Giveaway is open to U.S. Residents.
4. By entering, entrants confirm they are 13+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
5. Prize: See the giveaway prize descriptions listed above. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at The Tennille Life’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: 3 different winners will be chosen at random to receive one of the mystery prize boxes. Each prize winner’s name and Instagram handle will be officially announced on The Tennille Life’s Instagram by Monday, 10/07/2024. The Tennille Life shall have no liability for Winners’ failure to receive notices due to spam or other security settings. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
7. Terms & Conditions: The Tennille Life reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond The Tennille Life’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, The Tennille Life may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by The Tennille Life. The Tennille Life reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Tennille Life has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless The Tennille Life and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
9. Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND TEXAS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

11. Delivery of Prizes: The Tennille Life will be responsible for shipping the prize to the winners. The announced winners will be responsible for providing a valid mailing address where prizes will be shipped. The Tennille Life will provide a tracking number for packages and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
