I’m super excited to launch my new cooking series on IGTV! This is something I’ve been wanting to do for over a year now and I’m so delighted to finally bring my recipes to life for you. While I am not a top chef or anything close to it I AM passionate about showing love through food and it would bring me great joy to share that with all of you darlings.???? To kick things off, I’m starting with a super easy, healthy and detoxifying meal – my miso soup recipe. Miso soup is a heart healthy meal that is also good source of probiotics.

Miso Soup RecipeMiso is made from fermented soy beans. Fermented foods are great for your gut because they provide it with healthy bacteria. Your gut is where nutrients are broken down and absorbed so it’s super important for overall wellness and digestive health to keep it happy. Soy is also a good source of isoflavones which have been known to reduce hot flashes in women going through menopause. So of course, I’m all about that!
