TTL’s Post-Valentine’s Day Giveaway

Official Rules for TTL Post-Valentine’s Day Giveaway Contest:

1. No purchase necessary to enter to win.
2. To enter, head on over to The Tennille Life’s Instagram page @thetennillelife_ and follow the instructions on today’s giveaway post (02/22/2021). The deadline to enter is 02/26/2021 at 10 pm PST. The winner will be announced by Sunday, 02/28/2021.
3. Giveaway is open to U.S. Residents.
4. By entering, entrants confirm they are 13+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
5. Prize: See the giveaway prize descriptions listed above. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at The Tennille Life’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: 6 different winners will be chosen at random to receive one of the six prizes above. Each prize winners’ name and Instagram handle will be officially announced on The Tennille Life’s Instagram on 02/28/2021. The Tennille Life shall have no liability for Winners’ failure to receive notices due to spam or other security settings. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

9. Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND TEXAS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction.
