Cocokind Giveaway 🎉🎉🎉🎉

OMG darlings I’m so excited to share that I’m hosting a Cocokind giveaway starting today!! If you’ve been following me for a while you know that I’m the biggest Cocokind fan. In fact, I nominated the Cocokind brand for Byrdie’s 2020 Eco Awards for the Best Affordable Clean Skincare line and THEY WON! And rightfully so I might add!

Cocokind is a thoughtful brand and I have yet to meet a Cocokind product I don’t like. Each product is cruelty free, made with minimal, organic ingredients. Not only do they use sustainable ingredients but they are also very transparent about the sustainability of their packaging. Most of all, I love that they make effective, affordable products! Recently, in the midst of current events Cocokind made me even more proud to support their brand when they donated 100% of their profits for an entire week to Black Lives Matters and other organizations that support racial equality. As a small, women owned business Cocokind continues to show leadership in all areas and I couldn’t be more proud to work with this brand! I am especially excited to host a Cocokind giveaway. Official Rules for Cocokind Giveaway

1. No purchase necessary to enter to win.
2. To enter, head on over to The Tennille Life’s Instagram page @thetennillelife_ and follow the instructions on the 06/20/2020 post to enter. The deadline to enter is Friday, 6/26/2020 at 10 pm PST. The winner will be announced by Monday, 06/29/2020.
3. Giveaway is open to U.S. Residents only.
4. By entering, entrants confirm they are 13+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
5. Prize: There are 10 different giveaway items listed above. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at The Tennille Life’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable.
6. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of The Tennille Life. The Winner’s name and Instagram handle will be officially announced on The Tennillie Life’s Instagram by 06/29/2020. The Tennille Life shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam or other security settings. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

10. Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND TEXAS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses.
